- “Platform” refers to all services, dashboards, tools, and software offered under Quintech.
- “Content” refers to all text, images, media, customer data, and information uploaded or generated by users.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Quintech, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- If you are using Quintech on behalf of a business, you are authorized to do so.
Description of Service
Quintech provides businesses with tools to:
- Automate WhatsApp communication
- Manage customer conversations
- Process and track orders
- Automate workflows and notifications
- Manage promotions, broadcasts, and customer data
Quintech reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.
Account Registration
To use Quintech, you agree create an account with accurate and complete information of your business. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- All activities under your account
Quintech may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or provide false information.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use Quintech for:
- Sending spam, harmful, or unsolicited messages
- Fraudulent activities
- Violation of WhatsApp’s policies or any applicable laws
- Uploading malicious code or harmful content
You agree to comply with all WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of all customer data and content uploaded to Quintech. By using Quintech, you grant us permission to process data solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

Payments, Billing & Refunds
Quintech may offer subscription-based plans, pay-per-use plans, or custom billing agreements.
By subscribing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Allow automatic billing where applicable
Refunds: Quintech generally does not offer refunds except in cases of platform failure or as required by law.
Third-Party Integrations
Quintech integrates with platforms such as WhatsApp Business API, Meta, and others. You agree that:
- You must comply with third-party terms
- Give Quintech full access to your Meta Business Platform where applicable
- Quintech is not liable for downtime, restrictions, or changes made by third-party providers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintech is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Downtime or interruptions
- Incorrect automation results due to user configuration
- WhatsApp API restrictions or penalties imposed on your number by Meta
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Termination
Quintech may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your activities pose a security or compliance threat
- You misuse the WhatsApp API
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, but you may request a copy of your data within 14 days.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, features, documentation, and materials provided by Quintech remain the intellectual property of our company. You may not:
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the platform
- Reverse-engineer the system
- Use Quintech branding without permission
Amendments to Terms
Quintech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the platform.
Continued use of Quintech after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
